Directions
Thaw the content of one vial at room temperature. Mix well and aseptically add it to 480 ml of sterile molten, cooled
(45-50°C) HiCrome L.mono Differential Agar Base (M2009) along with sterile contents of 1 vial of Modified L.mono
Selective Supplement (FD333). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
